Angela Callie has over 35 years of experience in capacity and engagement development. She has worked in community economic development and supported organizational management transformations.

She owns and operates Clear Direction Consulting, whose mission is to help customers search for and discover answers that will lead to breakthrough transformational business results, organizational culture, leadership development, and team growth.

Angela guides clients to discover solutions and develop plans for sustainable implementation by asking tough questions, leading them through crucial conversations, and searching for answers by blending experts with staff in guided conversations. 

 Her experience includes strategic planning, facilitation, team building, capacity, and leadership development. She has also served on the Advisory Board for Penn State’s Pennsylvania Rural-Urban Leadership Program (RULE), participated as a group facilitator on the management team, and continues to support this program by providing various presentations on personality, collaboration, conflict resolution, and writing personal mission statements.  

Angela currently serves on the Boards of the PA Downtown Center and Aevidum, a nonprofit Organization.
