With over a decade of specialized experience in clinical laboratory and research regulatory compliance, Jany Martinez is an esteemed Quality Assurance professional. Holding an M.S. in Pharmacy, Jany brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Quality Assurance and Compliance Consultant, ensuring compliance with national regulatory standards defined by HHS, FDA and CMS regulations and accrediting agencies standards such as AAHRPP, CAP, COLA and Joint Commission as well as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines.

 

Jany has supported numerous laboratories in developing quality management programs to achieve compliance and has experience establishing Research Quality Assurance Programs in higher education institutions. Her commitment extends beyond mere compliance to promoting the highest standards of patient care and participant protection. In previous roles as Quality Assurance Supervisor, she has overseen quality management programs, coordinated proficiency testing, and contributed to the development of standard operating procedures in alignment with regulatory guidelines. Her leadership style is centered on guiding teams through the process of achieving compliance and then optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency, reflecting her dedication to excellence in clinical laboratory operations and research quality assurance.
